bmw4d Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on bmw4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bmw4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all account registrations, deposits, and withdrawals. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a representative of any business entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. bmw4d reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Jurisdictions without prior notice and to close any account found to be registered from such a jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of bmw4d or any of its software providers, unless bmw4d has granted prior written consent.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order previously placed through bmw4d or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

Each individual may hold one account only on bmw4d. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A working email address to which you have sole access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for account verification and security notifications.
• Your bank account or e-wallet details for deposit and withdrawal purposes, which must be registered in your own name.

bmw4d reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to all platform features; bmw4d may restrict specific products or features to certain member segments based on verification status, account activity, or regulatory requirements.

Upon successful registration, bmw4d will send a verification link to the email address provided. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days from the registration date may be closed by bmw4d without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmw4d account credentials, including your username, password, and any secondary authentication codes. bmw4d will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password purportedly from bmw4d should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify bmw4d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bmw4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Session tokens issued at login expire automatically after a period of inactivity to reduce the risk of unauthorised access on shared or public devices.

Where bmw4d reasonably suspects that an account has been accessed without authorisation, or that account credentials have been compromised, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account and require the Member to complete a full identity re-verification before access is restored.

bmw4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your bmw4d account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. In the case of bank transfers, confirmation typically occurs within 5 minutes during banking hours.
• bmw4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bmw4d accepts no responsibility.
• bmw4d reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit, particularly where the deposited amount is unusually large or where the account's transaction pattern appears inconsistent with stated usage.
• Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong account reference — must be reported to support within 24 hours. bmw4d will make reasonable efforts to recover misdirected funds but accepts no liability for funds lost through Member error.

Withdrawal requests from verified members are processed by bmw4d within an average of 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: A Member's first withdrawal — and any subsequent withdrawal where verification has not previously been completed — requires the Member to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM) and a recent bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming account ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of this process.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit was made. bmw4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts registered in a name other than the Member's verified legal name.
• Real-Money Balance Only: Only Real-Money Balance may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Active Wagering Requirement: Where a Member has an active Bonus Fund with an outstanding wagering requirement, the entire account balance (including Real-Money Balance) may be subject to a withdrawal hold until the wagering requirement is completed or the Bonus Funds are voluntarily forfeited.
• bmw4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time beyond the standard average. Members will be notified where this is the case.

bmw4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, casino cashback, free spin events, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Ramadhan. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. bmw4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its discretion, including where the Member's betting patterns suggest abuse of the promotional system.
• Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are clearly stated in the promotion's terms before the Member opts in. bmw4d does not apply hidden wagering requirements after a bonus has been claimed.
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress will be removed from the Member's account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time, unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly permit multiple concurrent bonuses.
• bmw4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already opted in and partially met the wagering requirement, a pro-rated bonus credit may be applied at bmw4d's discretion.
• Members who exploit bonus systems — including through arbitrage betting, abuse of free bets, or coordinated play with multiple accounts — will have their bonus credits forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

All bets placed on bmw4d — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any product-specific rules published on the relevant game or market page.

• A bet is confirmed and binding upon the Member's receipt of a bet confirmation notification. bmw4d is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to technical error, insufficient balance, or connectivity issues on the Member's side.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Placing a bet above the stated maximum stake is not permitted; where a system error permits such a bet to be placed, bmw4d reserves the right to void the excess portion and return the overbet amount to the Member's balance.
• In the event of a palpable error in published odds, prices, or draw results — including typographical errors, data feed failures, or obvious mispricing — bmw4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' balances.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or amended during the course of an event. Bets accepted before a suspension or amendment are honoured at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was confirmed.
• For togel draw markets, official draw results published by the relevant operating authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, or the respective authorised body) are final and binding. bmw4d does not override official draw results.
• Winnings from all game types are credited to the Member's account balance immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal or further wagering without delay.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses or other Member-only promotions.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using bmw4d as a mechanism to transfer value between parties.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest odds data, or interact with the platform in any manner not approved by bmw4d.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in bmw4d's systems. Any Member who discovers such a vulnerability is obligated to report it to bmw4d support immediately without exploiting or disclosing it to third parties.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members on live poker or peer-to-peer betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated wagering on predetermined outcomes.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bmw4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.

bmw4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire member base. We provide the following tools to all verified Members, accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced (not increased) without a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Member after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Member cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

All content on the bmw4d platform — including but not limited to the bmw4d brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, odds data, text content, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bmw4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software or game code.
• Creating derivative works based on bmw4d's proprietary content without prior written authorisation.
• Using bmw4d's trademarks or brand assets in any context not expressly authorised by bmw4d in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmw4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bmw4d accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party data providers, subject to the void-bet provisions in Clause 8.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bmw4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bmw4d's collection, storage, and use of Members' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bmw4d will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted service providers — including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and fraud detection services — solely to the extent necessary to deliver the bmw4d service and maintain platform integrity.

bmw4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Members' rights or obligations, bmw4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Member's registered email address.

For minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates required by regulatory change effective immediately — bmw4d may update these terms without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the bmw4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for your full Real-Money Balance before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the bmw4d platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bmw4d holds its international gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising between a Member and bmw4d that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Members who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to specific legal restrictions under Indonesian law and that their use of bmw4d is conducted at their own risk and in their personal capacity. bmw4d does not represent that access to or use of its platform is lawful in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction, and it is each Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
